CADS is part of the Iowa Health and Human Services' Integrated Provider Network, with services funded by the Iowa Health and Human Services and the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. CADS is a multi-modality bi-state program licensed by the Department of Public Health in the State of Iowa and the Department of Human Services, Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse, in the State of Illinois.
