Mission Statement The Center for Alcohol & Drug
Services, Inc. (CADS) is a non-profit
organization established to provide substance abuse prevention,
assessment, treatment, and referral services for individuals,
groups, and organizations in eastern Iowa and western Illinois,
through a combination of private and public funds.
CADS is Here to Help
Chemical dependency is a disease which affects individuals
emotionally, physically, and spiritually. It can happen to
anyone regardless of age, race, gender, or economic background.
CADS medically supervised
continuum-of-care offers quality, cost effective service
delivered by a multi-disciplinary professional staff. Through
cooperation with other community resources, CADS assures access
to a full range of services to meet individual needs in an
effort to empower them to lead healthy substance free lives.
Rules for acceptance and participation in the program are the
same for everyone without regard for race, creed, color,
national origin, age, sex, disability, religion, or ability to
pay.
